Davis color cosmetic pencils are china made brand but in good quality brand i purchased these pencil from some local store These eye pencils are quite pigmented and very glittering the color shows on the lids easily Gives rich colors and dramatic look Glitter Pencils add a dazzling shine and light catching shimmer to any look.

One thing you do not like in these pencils that these are not long lasting but still looks good on eyes.We can use it as a eye liner too but mostly i like black eye liner its look more natural so i use them under eyes.
